What’s On Today?

After a bumper half term week in October, the animals are having a well deserved rest. Sheldon the tortoise is enjoying his new house, Rocky the ram will be joining the flock again soon, the donkeys are enjoying their new grass paddock and the red deer stag can be heard from a distance as he bellows his mating calls. This down time is really important for the animals - to be themselves and enjoy the quiet of the countryside and display their most natural behaviours. We have noticed lots of wildlife on the farm this season, from buzzards, to little owls, barn owls and robins which is a sign that our conservation plans are starting to work! Read More
