Skunks are nocturnal mammals from America,  best known for their ability to spray a liquid with a strong odour!

icon-eats They love lizards, insects, earthworms, grubs, berries and grasses. They are one of the primary predators of the honey bee.
icon-lives They can be found in a number of habitats, including woodlands and grasslands across America. They look to make dens in fallen trees and logs.
icon-breeds Skunks mate from February to March. The babies are born about two months later. An average skunk litter has five to six babies.
icon-alert Our skunks have lots of space to explore but prefer to play under their den! You may spot one sleeping in their den during the day.We encourage our skunks to get active and find their food which is why we scatter their food around their enclosure.
