Please note: Quad bike parties are not suitable for children less than 7 yrs of age and require children to be able to demonstrate that they can ride safely and sensibly. 10-12 children is the ideal number we recommend  for a quad party to ensure everyone has the best time on the quads. Party times are 10am or 3pm. Children must be suitably dressed for the activity & weather conditions. They will be given protective clothing at the start of the party.

    Menus

Chicken nuggets, fish fingers or hot dog & chips with ice cream or a party sandwich box with fairy cake, sausage roll, crisps and ice cream. We can cater for allergies – please let us know on booking.

    Frequently asked questions…

How many children can I invite? We ask for a minimum of ten to be paid for but you can invite more or less if you wish. Ideal party size is 10-12 children.

Do adults have to pay? The birthday child’s parents & grandparents are free. One parent per child is also free. Extra parents and sibllings are £5.00. We find that not all parents tend to stay for quad parties.

What do you need to book? We just require a deposit to book the date. The remainder can be paid on the day. Please email Catherine at bookings@downatthefarm.co.uk to arrange a date.

Can I bring my own party bags? Yes that’s no problem – we provide medals instead of party bags but some customers still like to bring them for the children. Please bring your cake and candles with you.

When do you need to know definite numbers? We contact you the Monday before the party to ask for numbers and menu choices and its ideal if we can have final numbers a few days before your party.

What happens if children don’t turn up? We only charge for the children who we start catering for on the day.(we do however ask for a minimum of ten to be paid for on the day).

My child has food allergies… We can cater for most situations but please give us as much information as possible to ensure we cater correctly.

Where do the children eat? The children eat in our quad party area in our barn.  Our staff will cut your cake for you. Parents can take a back seat and enjoy the party with the children, knowing we are looking after everything!

What happens if it rains? This is an outdoor party and as long as the children are dressed correctly, they don’t mind the wet. In fact in our experience it seems to make them more excited ! We do take steps to shelter guests if its very wet but please be prepared for all weathers when you come to the party.

How many quads are on the track at any one time? We work on a 4-5 rule. Although it seems like a good idea to have all kids on a quad at the same time, the practicalities of that would be a nightmare! As we are dealing with all ages and abilities, less  is always better (& safer) than more! When  children are waiting they cheer on their team mates as they go round.
